Business Development Partner

We are looking to develop furthermore our business by recruiting a highly-enthusiastic Business Development Partner to support and grow our activities in Luxembourg and its Grand Region.




You have a successful experience in sales and marketing in a Software Service Provider or Consultancy company. Your ambition is now to capitalize on your acquired expertise to partner with a dynamic company to further develop one of its main 2 business lines.  


Job description

As a Business Development Partner, you will:

  • Define and implement the growth and sales strategy.

  • Acquire and develop your own client portfolio through networking and commercial actions.

  • Design the business development plan (prospecting) and establish the weekly plan.

  • Develop the commercial proposal and agree with the customer the terms of the sales contract or the estimate.

  • Become a trusted and privileged partner for your clients by ensuring that our services meet your clients’ expectations, quality standards, and business objectives.

  • Proactively manage your own business objectives and profitability. Achieve sales targets and maintain a rolling pipeline of at least 3x annual target.

  • Operate with minimal day-to-day supervision or direction after 3 months.

  • Has worked in Luxembourg for the past 2 to 3 years in a similar role.

  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset, with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and ability to multitask.




  • Holds a university or any business-related degree.

  • Proven experience of prospecting / sales and achievement of sales targets in the SME sector.

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the IT Industry (e.g., prospecting and sales of Software or IT Services)

  • Are fluent in French. Knowledge of English or Luxemburgish is an asset.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Are pragmatic, dynamic and results oriented.


  • Considered as a big asset, if candidate has a portfolio of clients in the region, mainly in the non-banking sector.
