Your company GOES DIGITAL with public aid and the experience of ELIAS.LU

Fit4Digital is a program designed to help SMEs take advantage of digital technologies. Combining public aid and our Business-IT expertise, this program is aimed at companies with less than 250 employees, a turnover <50M € (or balance sheet <43M €) and are not in financial difficulty.


First analysis is offered to our customers without commitment

After contacting us to see if you are eligible, and once confirmed, we meet for a session of 2 to 3 hours totally offered by our experts. This meeting will help to understand your vision, and especially to have an initial idea of your current situation, your future needs and the feasibility of a project that is up to your expectations.

Validation of the file and application for Public aid

The next phase is to request the validation by LuxInnovation who will analyze the application of the company. Once the application has been validated, the file can be sent to the Ministry of Economy.

Analysis 360° - Public aid 5000 € (excl. VAT)

The analysis can begin for a period of some days.

Here's briefly what it's all about:

  • Accounting, quotation and billing management

  • Prospects, customers, orders management

  • Purchase and inventory management

  • Management control, product / service profitability analysis

  • HR management, schedules ...

  • Marketing, communication, internet presence

  • IT infrastructure, security...

At the end of the analysis, the report is sent to LuxInnovation for validation after which the company sends our invoice to the Ministry of Economy. Our bill includes travel expenses, interviews, analysis, share proposals, costing, report writing ...

Project Implementation - Public aid 20% to 50%

If the company wishes, the project as defined in the analysis report then goes into the implementation phase.

No additional administrative formalities are required. Part of the costs of the project will be reimbursed by the state (between 20 and 50% according to different criteria).
